The curriculum at Valley Montessori Preschool provides the children with the opportunity of freedom to explore and learn from a carefully prepared environment. The environment is designed to capitalize on the innate natural tendency of a child’s capacity to absorb information. The child’s sensitive period ranges from birth to 6 years of age. The early years of a child’s life are very crucial. Therefore, it is imperative that they be given the right exposure. As a well- rounded and a fully equipped Montessori school, we honor the teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori. We work by helping one another while gaining self- confidence and self-discipline. The curriculum is designed to stimulate the development of the “whole” child. Children choose their activities from open shelves with self-correcting materials and within distinct work areas either on tables or rugs on the floor. Over a period of time, the children develop into a “normalized community” working with high concentration and few interruptions. The classroom includes the following components:

My son has been at Valley Montessori for 2 years, since he was two. He came here after having a nanny for his first two years. That is a difficult transition for any two-year-old, but the teachers did everything to make him feel comfortable, safe and welcome. It was just 4 days before my son would cry when it was time to go home! He was very happy and quite "at home" there. My son developed so nicely there. He was talking more and learning more every day. He would come home singing songs he learned and telling me about the day he had and the food he ate. I know my son was well cared for, safe and loved. It shows in how he would talk about his days and how he talks about school.

This is one of the best child care providers I have ever met. I have sent my son to this provider since he was two years old. He is now four. I trust the staff and believe this is an excellent childcare provider. When my son first attended child care he experienced some separation anxiety when I would drop him off in the morning, but the owner and the staff were always there with a big hug and a fun activity to engage my child. I've seen the owner in action with the other children on many occasions and was impressed with the amount of organization, compassion, sense of humor, passion for childcare and positive attitude. As a parent, finding a child care where you can entrust them with the safety of your child is very difficult, I have found this here. The staff has an amazing understanding of how to relate to children and how to facilitate their cognitive growth and development. I would highly recommend this provider to any parent looking for top-quality child care. The owner truly treats each child with love and respect and that above all is what I most appreciate.

I am a military spouse of a deployed service member and two adorable kids. This school has been caring for my kids for over a year and has not had one complaint about her. This is such a good facility that cares for each kid. They are all very caring and loving to the kids and very understanding with the parents.

I have been taking my two girls to this school since my oldest was 2.5 yrs. We had a bad experience prior at another child care facility. My daughter thrived and was able to potty train there as well. Valley Montessori has great teachers. When you see the group of kids, you would think you are at a United Nations Conference. Children of all races and background. I have referred many parents to this school and they have kept their kids there. I would recommend Valley Montessori ANY DAY. This school is GOD sent and amazing. The owner is an amazing human being and shows great compassion and love to the children and their parents.

My daughter has been at VMP for over a year now. I have witnessed the top notch care given to Ava and the other children by the owner and the teachers. My daughter thrived under the watchful and caring eyes of everyone working there. My daughter is now half way through her potty training phase at age 2 years old and is beginning to spell small words. My daughter is polite and well-mannered due to the schools’ early teaching, excellent care and attention. My daughter shows extreme excitement and enthusiasm when arriving at VMP.

The owner is the type of person you don’t meet every day. The teachers love and care for other people’s children as though they were their own. I’ve seen them interacting with other kids there, and form motherly bonds with each of them and you can tell they genuinely love each one of them.

My husband and I researched, visited, and interviewed a dozen agencies, child care facilities, preschool centers, prior to enrolling at Valley Montessori. The first time I met the owner, I knew this is where my son belonged. The children simply love being there. You can see it on the kid’s faces; happy, joy, comfortable, content. The staff and aides are a testament and model of superb service not only to the children they care for, but to the parents that instill our trust in them.

We never had an issue with my son’s care while at Valley Montessori Preschool and hope that they may have availability for us in the future, especially for our next child – which we would like to plan for in the next 2 years.

After researching a lot of other schools, we decided to send our daughter to Valley Montessori and we are happy we chose this school. All the teachers are good and the owner is awesome. I am always recommending this school to everyone.
